COMPROMISE: ASPs ARE TRAINED TO ALLOW FOR FLEXIBILITY AND TO CHOSE OUR ISSUES WITH CARE
Ideally, the oversized display case, would be removed and put in storage. Since that was not an option, we needed to create lines within the room using existing furniture that would keep the buyer’s eye focused on the size, flow and architectural details of this room. Additionally, the contents within the cases were minimized, to reduce the risk of a potential buyer’s attention being diverted towards them.
In this case, the recommendation would be to remove one of the sofas and the coffee table in favor of more “open” pieces that would allow for more “space” to be viewed. The client did not want to break apart the set, so we had to position the pieces to allow for the optimal showcasing of the room’s size and beautiful floors.
